We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how we handle issues:
Exchanges
We don't accept returns or exchanges on opened items. If your order arrived with missing components, reach out within 48 hours with your proof of purchase and we'll get them replaced.
Refunds
If we can't replace what's missing, we'll refund you in full — back to your original payment method.
